Privacy Policy

Bizpals, Inc. (the “Company”) provides services subject to this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). The Privacy Policy applies to all services offered by the Company on its website, Bizpals.com, and all associated sites linked to the Company website by the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Company sites around the world (collectively, the “Company Services”). Defined terms used and not defined in this Policy are as set forth on the Bizpals, Inc. Terms of Service. The Company Services are the property of Company and its licensors.

  1. Collection of Information. The Company collects information on our users in various ways, such as, by your voluntary submissions, participation in the Company Services, from third parties, and through cookie and other tracking technology. The Company collects the following information: 1) information that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name, phone number, email, postal address, and possibly information relating to certain support or customer service issues; 2) the Content, which includes messages, posts, comments, responses, reviews, and ratings you submit through the Company Services; 3) general, non-personal, statistical information about the use of the Company Services, such as how many visitors visit a specific page, how long they stay on that page, and which hyperlinks, if any, they click on; 4) third party information; 5) cookies and other tracking technologies.
  2. Use of Information. The Company may make your identifiable information, account information and the Content available to our employees and third parties with whom we contract for use to handle your account. In addition, the Company may provide anonymous information about you and the Company’s users to advertisers, service providers and other third parties. You agree that the Company may make such uses of information you provide or the Company collects.

    You agree that the Company may access, preserve and disclose your account information, any information provided by you to the Company, including, but not limited to, the Content for the purposes described in this Agreement, if required to do so by law or if in good faith, the Company believes that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: 1) comply with any legal process, including but not limited to an enforceable court order or lawful third party subpoena; 2) enforce this Agreement; 3) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; or 4) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company, its users and/or the public.

    As the Company continues to develop its business, it might sell or buy other companies or assets or be acquired or have substantially all of its assets acquired by a third party. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. You hereby consent to the transfer of your information as one of the transferred assets and to be used for any purpose allowed under this Agreement.

    The Company uses the information it collects in a variety of ways, including: 1) for internal review; 2) to improve the Company website and Company Services; 3) to optimize third-party offers of products and/or services; 4) to verify the legitimacy of reviews and ratings; 5) to notify you about updates to the Company website and Company Services; 6) to let you know about products, services, and promotions that you may be interested in; 7) to get reviews and ratings; 8) for our marketing purposes and the marketing of discounts offered through our Company website and Company Services by service providers; 9) to fulfill and provide products and services, including personalized or enhanced services, requested by you; and 10) internal business analysis or other business purposes consistent with our mission.

    We do not disclose personal information to third parties, except when one or more of the following conditions is true: 1) we have your permission to make the disclosure; 2) the disclosure is consistent with the purpose for which the personal information was obtained; 3) the disclosure is to financial service providers in order to fulfill and carry out the purchase and provision of goods and services requested by you; 4) the disclosure is permitted by relevant law; 5) the personal information to be disclosed is publicly available; 6) the disclosure is reasonably related to the sale or other disposition of all or part of our business or assets; 7) the disclosure is for our own marketing purposes, or, with your authorization, for the marketing purposes of third parties; 8) the party to whom the disclosure is made controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company; 9) the disclosure is in our sole discretion necessary for the establishment or maintenance of legal claims or legal compliance, to satisfy any law, regulation, subpoena or government request, or in connection with litigation; 10) the disclosure is in our sole discretion about users who we believe are engaged in illegal activities or are otherwise in violation of this Agreement; or 11) the disclosure is to outside businesses to perform certain services for us, such as maintaining our Company website and Company Services, mailing lists, processing orders and delivering products and services, sending postal mail, processing claims for lost or stolen certificates, providing marketing assistance, and data analysis.

    We may provide certain personal information as a service to others for their marketing purposes. We may also disclose your name and address to service providers when you submit Content relating to those service providers. If you properly notify us that you no longer want us to share your personal information, we will cease sharing your personal information. However, except as otherwise stated in this Agreement, we do not control the third parties to which we share such personal information and you will need to further notify such third parties directly if you would like them to cease use of your personal information.

    We may also disclose aggregate visitor data in order to describe the use of the Company website and Company Services to our existing or potential business partners or other third parties, or in response to a government request. We may also share aggregated demographic and preference data with third parties to enable the provision of targeted information, promotions, offers and/or discounts on products and services.

  3. Your Rights. You can ask us whether we are keeping information about you; how your information is being used; update or delete your information, or opt-out of the collection and use of certain information by sending an email to support@bizpals.com or by writing us at 2680 Bayshore Parkway, Ste 302, Mountain View, CA 94043, specifying the nature and scope of your request. If you choose to delete your information or opt-out of the collection and use of your information, you understand that certain services, including revocation of your membership, may no longer be available to you. Please state in your correspondence the details of your request. We may require proof of your identity before we provide you with the requested information. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified, amended, or completed. Approved requests will be processed within ten (10) days of the date on which we receive the request.
  4. Data Security, Integrity, and Access. The personal information you provide and we collect is stored within databases that we control directly. As we deem appropriate, we use security measures consistent with industry standards, such as firewalls, to protect your personal information. We also use industry standard encryption technology to protect credit card and password information. However, since no security system is impenetrable, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
  5. Third Party Websites and Links. Please note that you may have cookies placed on your computer by third party websites that refer you to the Company website and Company Services. Although we do not share your personal information with these third party websites unless you have authorized us to do so, they may be able to link certain non-personally identifiable information we transfer to them with personal information they previously collected from you. Please review the privacy policies of each website you visit to better understand their privacy practices. In addition, the Company would like to inform you that anytime you click on links (including advertising banners), which take you to third party websites, you will be subject to the third parties' privacy policies. While we support the protection of our customer's privacy on the Internet, the Company expressly disclaims any and all liability for the actions of third parties, including but without limitation to actions relating to the use and/or disclosure of personal information by third parties.
